About this Class

Fall in love with taking care of your body with our 90-min yoga class on Valentine's Day. In partnership with Calistoga Fit, we are excited to offer this one time Gentle Yoga Class. This class will focus on balance and opening the body to improve flexibility before settling into a comfy restorative pose to soothe the mind and body. Valentine's Day refreshments to follow!
